My all vegan Tim Burton themed wedding reception

Last weekend I got together with friends and my new husband and we celebrated our union in a Tim Burton inspired reception in a cafe that we rented out down town.  It was so lovely. Thank you to all the incredibly talented people and caterers who helped us put it together. Our amazing caterer put together a delicious organic, vegan menu of bruschetta, gourmet stuffed mushrooms, home made hummus and veggie plate, fruit on fancy kabob skewers, tofu with a dollop of olive tapenade and a delicious dessert table that was out of this world. Friends and I did diy gothic table holders, super cool coffee bean wedding favors and had a great time. Our guests really loved the gothic, macabre aesthetic of the place and complimented our unique idea of renting out a coffee house for a wedding reception. I felt like a little gothic Martha Stewart and we had so much fun putting it together.

Corners of the cafe were decorated with urns, vases and other fun items.

An incredible spread done by Honeysuckle Catering!! :D

A few of the guests donned their best Tim Burton inspired attire for the event. So fun!! I loved all of the different outfits. My friend below was incredibly inspired with her makeup and attire.

We did diy table holders in a gothic frame with pictures of our favorite Tim Burton movies. Here is alice in wonderland near a lovely vase put together by our caterer.

Tofu with a dollup of olive tapenade. Lovely!

I loved the branches. It gave it more of a gothic feel.

Our amazing caterers and decorators! Thanks guys!!

They made vegan cake pops with Tim Burton/Beetle Juice like stripes. So fun. These literally were eaten up in nano seconds. So incredibly delicious!!!!

Guests loved our take it home coffee bean wedding favors.

We had a Jack and Sally light up decoration at the cake pop and treat table.
