Mountain View art and wine festival 2012

The most amazing necklaces and other jewelry by Marty Magic.

Aaah these are so cool! Love the octopus.

We stopped by one of my favorite cafe's, Dana Street to grab some java before checking out the artists at Art and Wine festival.

I wore jeans under my beautiful new velvet vintage dress from Wild at Heart because it was a bit cooler outside. I absolutely love the fall.
My friend gave me her luck crystal she carries around while she travels.

One of my favorite artists there was Mark Poulin. His pieces were so indie cool but also cute. I could definitely see a lot of my friends getting into his jewelry. He has a cool shop on etsy: mamarsuperstar.etsy.com I am consistently amazed at all the cool artists etsy has. I am pretty addicted to that site as are most people I know.

My beautiful friend Kiki posing in front of the jewelry.

These were gorgeous done by artist Paula L. Chang. I loved how light weight her jewelry was. The colors were perfectly put together and really drew me in.

These origami artistic pieces created by Sachiyo Ueda of Origami Mommy are amazing. I love the detail and how whimsical and colorful they are.

My friends and I took a few pics with firemen and one even invited me to a cool pancake breakfast to raise money for the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation.

Talented musician Jose Cabezas played music and was selling these really cool flutes. My friends bought a few of them. His music is very beautiful.

My friend holding two flutes she got for her and her little girl.

We stopped by a bakery in Mountain View to get fried sesame balls.

This weekend friends from out of state visited and we went to the art and wine festival in Mountain View California. This is one of my favorite festivals. There were a lot of really cool artists this year. I was stoked to see one of my favorite artists, Marty Magic. She always has the most amazing pieces. My favorites are her dragon cuffs. I love fantasy and whimsical type jewelry so I was thrilled to see all of her new pieces. She had a lot of dragon stuff this year. The most beautiful necklaces I have ever seen as well. She also had many other themes like sea type themes, ravens, bats and other fantastical things. I was there looking for a new ear cuff when I spotted some of her rings. I am getting married soon and I love topaz stone. There were some really cool rings to choose from. She even helped pick out a ring more suitable for my wedding. I had to special order one to fit my finger and she is going to make it for me and send it later. I cant wait to see it and I will be excited to wear it on my wedding day. I love the idea of staying true to ones self and that is why I write a fashion style blog. I will have an extremely beautiful and unique ring. Thank you Marty!  If you haven't heard of her please go and check her jewelry out. She is one of the nicest and talented people I have ever met at the festivals. Check her stuff out at Marty Magic

Lip service skeleton lace up maxi dress

I had someone take these beautiful pictures right before I went on holiday. I hope you enjoy them. I love Lip Service. They have such cute stuff. This dress fits very well. I take a small to medium but I would definitely try on their dresses. It is comfy in small and has room for stretch. Enjoy :)
