Black Swan

During the fall and winter months I like to attend ballets with friends as a tradition. My friend recently gave me this beautiful black vintage gothic style dress from Clothes time that I fell in love with. I paired it with a velvet duster from Wild at Heart vintage and got so many compliments at the ballet. I chose to go jewelry free except for a cool over sized mood ring. Paired with my red Asian inspired dragon flats this look was absolutely chic with an edge. Joined by my friend Naphy we took pics outside of the Nutcracker ballet. She is always so classic chic. I loved her red coat and I'm thinking of getting myself one. Whenever I dress for the ballet it is always fun to wear the classic color of black but sometimes to make things interesting I like to wear purple or red. If you want to do traditional black you can always spice it up with a bit of color. Wear some purple gothic dangling earrings or a huge amethyst hippie ring. Whatever your choice, it can always be super fun.

Men's wear

This was a really fun shirt and clip on tie I picked up at Hot Topic in the guy's section a few years ago. I love men's wear in small or extra small. If your a chick that is about my size that will work well for you. If you are a little bigger I'd go for a medium or a large also depending on how tall you might be. Men's wear for fall works really well especially because of the cold if you want to femme it up you can try a plaid skirt with leggings. I like pants or skinny jeans but if it's too cold you can always try picking up a vintage blazer to layer over your business top and undershirt. Here I am posing with my new Jack Skellington cup :>
