I found a small sweatshirt and decided to make it into a halter I could wear for the summer. This is the super simple way to make a winter sweatshirt into a rad halter for hot day. I love this Rolling Stones piece I found at the Goodwill. I cut the sleeves off into kind of a v and then took scissors and made cheap little slits to push string or shoe laces through. It is a cheap way and you can do whatever you like but I just used tennis shoe strings to tie it into halter. If you want to alter it and make it more refined you can do so later but I kind of liked the rugged look.
