New Year 2012

For New Years, my boyfriend and friends and I decided to spend a fun evening with an apocalypse themed zombie night. We made delicious mimosas, zombie and vamp inspired gingerbread men, cup cakes and vegan cake pops. Later we popped in some fun movies and watched an old zombie flick and Snow White a Tale of Terror, one of our spooky favorites to ring in the New Year. I spent earlier dressed up in a beautiful sequin top from Wild at Heart vintage and topped the evening off with some cute stuff I picked up at Lip Service while on my recent trip to L.A. with another friend. Whenever I'm down in SoCal I love stopping by my favorite places and getting gifts for my friends in the garment district and fav. vintage shops in West Hollywood. My friend Raelene wore the cute maroon fishnet top I picked up for her and I wore a cool rib cage industrial top I found. I hope your 2012 will be awesome! I know mine will be. xoxo, Winter

Vintage Rock

December this year has been beautiful for me. The arrival of beautiful red and orange fall leaves, nights spent with friends at Coffee Society, Red Rock cafe, Dana Street cafe watching cool local bands, sharing stories. Cigarette smoke swirling in the air, candles, incense, pale ale around the fire, decorating for holidays, celebrating halloween, harvest and solstice, clothing made of velvet and vintage rock tee shopping. These are the memories I will cherish always.

Holiday Shenannigans

Dressed up in my new favorite vintage sweater I headed out to enjoy some fun down town with my boyfriend and good friend Becky. Picked up some spinny raver toys from a girl with a cart and danced the night away.
