I got this rad diy Tool halter top from ebay. I love Tool and A Perfect Circle. I have seen Tool in concert and it it was one of the raddest shows I've been too so I was excited to find this top.

My outfit for Dark Shadows movie

My love took me on a fun date out to dinner and then to see Dark Shadows. I was super stoked!! He and I are huge Tim Burton and Johnny Depp fans so we were excited to see the movie. For my outfit I paired a cute gothy striped camisole by Jessica Louise, a Tripp skirt and my Demonia coffin purse which was perfect for the theme :>

Gothic ideas for summer clothes :>

If you are like me and black clothes are a staple of your wardrobe sometimes it can be hard not to overheat in the summer. I find that if I stick to light weight fishnet shirts, thin clothing, tanks, tube tops and pair them with mini skirts I am usually fine. Instead of big boots on super hot days you can switch to some gothic mary janes and throw the boots back on when it cools off in the eve.

New Lip Service waist cincher

I love waist cinchers. They are great to create more curves or give the illusion of more curves if you don't have many. On my recent trip to Lip Service warehouse in L.A. I picked up this beautiful waist cincher. It was so lovely and I get complimented on it all the time. It is light weight so it is perfect for the coming summer months. Wear it out on the town with a short skirt or with your favorite bondage pants.

Necklaces can be really expensive. I like to make my own jewelry when I can. This week I went to my local bead store and had a craft day with friends later. I picked up some cords, cool pendants and made my own pieces. A tip for finding rad gothic pendants on the cheap is to go the the Halloween section. My pendant was only about a few dollars much less than you will pay for a pendant at other stores. I also did a really cool Libran pendant necklace since libra is my birth sign. All you need is a good pair of jewelry pliers, a necklace cord and a loop to fit around pendent to necklace. If you don't have something to attach the jewelry to it will come out backwards.
